Norwich office celebrates 10 years with further expansion plans
The Norwich office of Lucas Fettes & Partners is marking their 10th Anniversary with news of further expansion plans.
Lucas Fettes & Partners opened the Norwich office in September 1998 with two staff and now employs over thirty, expanding in size to be the third largest office out of ten in the Lucas Fettes Group of companies in the UK. In that time the office has had to move three times to cater for its growth.
The expansion strategy is being concentrated in Cambridgeshire with the planned opening of a new office in the centre of Cambridge and a team of consultants have been employed to take on this new challenge.
"After setting up the business in Norwich 10 years ago, we have concentrated our efforts on employing high quality staff to help grow the business and this strategy has worked well for us. The business has grown organically and the experience and knowledge of our staff adds value to our overall service to clients. We have continued to grow even in current market conditions" comments David Dilrew, Director at Lucas Fettes Norwich.
David adds, "Norwich has become a vibrant, nationally recognised business centre and our plans are not only to continue our growth here but to target Cambridgeshire. We feel that this move underlines our intentions of creating a firm with an excellent reputation in its chosen sectors with the ability to provide localised and personal services to our clients with the support of a national company. We are also expanding our back office team in Norwich as a number of national projects are centralised here and are recruiting in the area to cope with these developments. Our reputation has been given a boost by our recent full accreditation as a Lloyd's Broker giving us further credibility and a strong competitive edge".
