Corporate Financial Services
Before implementing any employee benefits package we can undertake research with employees to evaluate the value they place on their benefits. This research is undertaken as part of a working collaboration with, and supported by, the University of East Anglia (UEA) Business School.
For this research we have produced an employee benefits survey with the main objective being to collate the results and gain an understanding of the gap between benefits offered by employers and the perceived value of these benefits by employees within organisations in the UK.
Unlike most Employee Benefits surveys that concentrate purely on the employers perspective, we are looking to add value by researching both this and your employees' views on the benefits provided.
Key benefits include:
If you are interested in participating in our research, please contact us and we will arrange for the necessary surveys to be issued.
To further enhance our research and knowledge on the provision of workplace benefits, a workplace pension's debate was held; as part of a working collaboration between the UEA and Lucas Fettes & Partners, at the UEA's London Business School. Speakers represented a cross section of stakeholders including employers, employees, the TUC and the DWP.
The event commenced with a key note address from Ros Altman, a prominent and influential figure in the pensions industry and included an insight into the international perspective from Dr. Larry W Beeferman of Harvard Law School.
We have produced a summary transcript providing a valuable insight into the views of the various speakers and the main points covered. This is available in the attachment below along with a full transcript of the event.
