Lucas Fettes is an independently owned Lloyds Accredited Insurance Brokerage, Financial and Employee Benefit advisory practice.

We are a leading independent supplier of insurance solutions and financial services and take the time to understand the specific needs of both businesses and individuals before delivering bespoke advice and solutions. We aim to develop a long term relationship with our clients based on confidence and trust and are able to offer a service to clients throughout the UK through our network of offices.

The original ethos of the Founding Directors remains a constant today throughout the Company, with an emphasis on personal service delivery. The Company has developed through its relationships with professional partners, concentrating on the provision of solutions to the needs of both Personal and Corporate clients.

Quality culture, service and relationships

We possess an extremely high percentage of technically trained people, one of the highest within any broker in the UK, but we are continually training and developing our people, to arm them with the skills that will make us competitive in today's market. Each member of our staff has a Personal Development Plan that challenges them to improve their core competencies and their technical expertise, whilst there are financial incentives to seek further professional training and qualifications.

Lucas Fettes operate out of 12 offices across the UK and, whilst our Headquarters are in London, we operate a very lean management structure with each office responsible for managing costs and ensuring its own profitability. The local offices are managed by Board Directors who are empowered - each local office retaining a great deal of autonomy and independence, whilst still benefiting from the Group's purchasing power, collective expertise and market position.

At Lucas Fettes we have embraced the FSA and compliance regulations. We have invested heavily in IT and devised flexible working practices that the FSA principles are at the core of our quality control standards. All of our customers are treated fairly, equally and transparently.  

With very few exceptions virtually all our employees are actively engaged in client service work, and that includes our Directors each of whom are responsible for a portfolio of clients in addition to any management functions they may have.  

This combination of relatively small, accountable, yet empowered teams, lead by 'hands on' Directors working within an efficient, compliant framework allows us to deliver excellent and personal service to all of our clients.
